This documentary was filmed between 2010 and 2011 in Intag, a breathtaking region nestled between Ecuador's Chocó Andino cloud forest and its tropical rainforest—one of the country's most biodiverse and ecologically important landscapes. For more than two decades, the people of Intag have fought to protect their land from large-scale mining projects proposed by successive governments.
